El programa fomenta habilidades y compromiso comunitario entre profesionales latinos
Oklahoma City.- La Cámara de Comercio Hispana de Oklahoma City ha lanzado su muy esperado Programa de Liderazgo Latino XIII, una iniciativa dinámica diseñada para empoderar e inspirar a la próxima generación de líderes latinos en la región. Con un fuerte enfoque en el desarrollo profesional, la implicación comunitaria y el orgullo cultural, el programa pretende salvar brechas y fomentar una línea de liderazgo diversa dentro de empresas y organizaciones locales.
Abierto tanto a profesionales latinos aspirantes como consolidados, el programa ofrece un plan de estudios completo que incluye talleres de liderazgo, oportunidades de mentoría y eventos de networking. Los participantes están guiados por líderes comunitarios y empresariales destacados que aportan valiosas perspectivas sobre liderazgo eficaz, pensamiento estratégico y compromiso cívico. A través de proyectos prácticos y aprendizaje colaborativo, los miembros desarrollan habilidades prácticas que tendrán un impacto duradero en sus carreras y comunidades.

Oklahoma City.- The Greater Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has launched its highly anticipated Latino Leadership Program, a dynamic initiative designed to empower and inspire the next generation of Latino leaders in the region. With a strong focus on professional development, community involvement, and cultural pride, the program aims to bridge gaps and foster a diverse leadership pipeline within local businesses and organizations.
Open to aspiring and established Latino professionals, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes leadership workshops, mentorship opportunities, and networking events. Participants are guided by accomplished community and business leaders who provide valuable insights into effective leadership, strategic thinking, and civic engagement.
