Generalmente durante el día, la temperatura es cálida y durante la noche, es fresca.
Durante la temporada primaveral las tarifas de los hoteles, aerolíneas y paquetes turísticos tienen costos regulares. Debido a que esta es una época de transición, a finales de marzo e inicios de abril, los precios aún son bajos, sin embargo, con la mejora del clima, los precios también se elevan mientras más acerca al verano.
Cuando llega la primavera, Oklahoma y todo Estados Unidos despierta, las actividades dentro de los parques inician y el sol vuelve a iluminar las calles. Oklahoma en su lugar optó por enviar el muérdago como su flor del estado en su lugar. Debido a las protestas en los últimos años, el muérdago ha sido sustituido por la rosa de Oklahoma como la flor oficial del estado en 2004, pero se mantiene en el emblema floral de Oklahoma el muérdago.
