"En DACA, Ningun Presidente está por encima de la Constitución"
CHICAGO, IL. – El martes, un juez federal ordenó a la administración de Trump continuar DACA y abrirla a nuevos solicitantes. El Juez -District Judge John D. Bates llamó la decisión del gobierno al terminar DACA "prácticamente inexplicable" y por lo tanto "ilegal", dijo Cesar Vargas, co-director de la coalición “Dream Action Coalition, quién emitió la siguiente declaración:
"Donald Trump tiene el poder para liberar a racistas y xenófobos tweets, pero no tiene poder para sobrepasar la Constitución cuando se trata de inmigración. Dreamers-Soñadores tienen el derecho al debido proceso y la igualdad de protección bajo la ley. La corte federal le ha recordado una vez más al Presidente que él no puede terminar arbitrariamente DACA. Ningún presidente está por encima de la Constitución. Dremers -Soñadores continuarán protegiendo DACA en los tribunales".

On Tuesday, a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to continue DACA and reopen it to new applicants. U.S. District Judge John D. Bates called the government's decision to end DACA "virtually unexplained" and therefore "unlawful."Cesar Vargas, Esq. co-director of the Dream Action Coalition issued the following statement:
"Donald Trump has the power to release racists and xenophobic tweets, but he cannot supercede his power under the constitution when it comes to immigration. Dreamers have the right to due process and the equal protection under the law. The federal court has once again reminded the President that he cannot arbitrarily end DACA. No president is above the Constitution. Dreamers will continue to protect DACA in the courts."
