Ensalada de la Semana: Ensalada de Brocoli

Ingredientes:

• ½ taza de mayonesa de aceite de oliva

• Jugo de 1 limón

• 2 cdas de vinagre de manzana

• 1 cdta de miel

• ½ cdta de pimienta negra

• 1/2 cdta de pimienta negra

• 1 cabeza grande de brócoli, finamente picado

• ½ taza de arándanos secos

• 1 cebolla roja, finamente picada

• ¾ taza de almendras en rodajas

Preparacion:

1. En un tazón grande, añadir la mayonesa, el jugo de limón, el vinagre, la miel y la pimienta. Mezclar para combinar.

2. Añadir el brócoli, los arándanos, la cebolla y las almendras. Mezclar para combinar.

3. Refrigerar 1 hora antes de servir.
