Ensalada de repollo con rábano y manzana

Ingredientes:
Ensalada de repollo:
- 1 cabeza de repollo pequeña, rallada
- 1 manaza Granny Smith, en tiras finas
- 3 rábanos medianos, picados
- 1 cebolla blanca pequeña, picada finamente
- Jugo de 1 limón (amarillo)
Aderezo
- 1/4 taza de miel
- 1/2 taza de vinagre de manzana
- 1 1/2 cucharada de agua
- 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- 1/2 cucharadita de semillas de apio
- 1/2 cucharadita de mostaza molida
- 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
Preparación:
- En un tazón grande, mezclar bien el repollo, la manzana, los rábanos, las cebollas y el jugo de limón.
- En un tazón mediano, añadir la miel, el vinagre, el agua, el aceite, las semillas de apio, la mostaza y la pimienta. Mezclar bien.
- Añadir aderezo a la ensalada y mezclar bien. Dejar enfriar en la refrigeradora 30 minutos antes de servir.
